HAPPY EASTER baking bunnies!!! This week on BITCH CAN BAKE (9.0) I made hot cross buns and man... was it a hot day in LA for it ? But that’s okay because it was perfect conditions for PROVING. That’s right, this bitch can prove. Mine took a little bit longer than the allocated time in the recipe. Remember enriched dough takes longer than regular dough so really watch it, it’s done when it’s doubled in size. Good luck out there bakers!!! And have a lovely Easter ?
